Adding to Outlook (2010):

Easy:

1. Click on the ICAL link above and when prompted say open in outlook.
2. Click yes when prompted.

Manually:

1. Open Outlook Calendar View.
2. Right Click on Other Calendars and select Add Calendar From Internet:
   
3. Use the ICAL calendar information for you team calendar.  (See above) Hit OK
   
   
4. Click on Yes
   
   
5. Your Calendar will display.
   

Adding Team Calendar to your Iphone/Ipad

1. Copy the ICAL link from above.  From your phone or ipad hold down on the link until the select button shows up.
2. On your Iphone goto settings->mail, contact, calendars
3. Select add account
   
4. Select other
   
5. Select add subscribed calendar
   
6. In the server box paste the ICAL from your team. (See above) From the Iphone hold down on the field until the paste button shows.
   
   
7. Click next
   
8. Optionally you Can rename the calendar on this page.
   
9. Click Save
10. Your calendar should be under the calendar page.

Unsubscribe Team Calendar from your Iphone / Ipad

1. Go to your Iphone settings->mail,contact,calendars
2. Select Subscribed Calendars
   
3. Select the Team Calendar to delete.
   
4. Press the Delete Account Button.
   

Adding Team Calendar to your Gmail Account

1. Copy this ical address right click and select copy
2. Log onto your gmail account and goto your calendar settings tab
3. Under the calendars tab select “Browse interesting calendar.”
4. On the right side select add by URL use the ICAL for the team calendar (See above)
5. return to your calendar page and verify that the calendar has been included

Unsubscribe Team Calendar from Your Gmail Account

1. From your Gmail calendar on the left side select settings.
2. Under “Other Calendars” find the calendar to remove and select Unsubscribe.
3. Click back to calendars and verify it’s been removed.
